Reservations

Bookings at Reflections Eco-Reserve are confirmed only once availability has been verified and the required deposit or payment has been received, where applicable. Full booking details, including payment requirements, cancellation conditions and arrival information, will be provided to guests at the time of reservation or through the relevant booking platform.

Rates and inclusions

Accommodation rates and inclusions are confirmed at the time of booking and may vary depending on:

• Season or promotional offers
• Booking platform used
• Length of stay or group size

Unless otherwise stated at the time of reservation, rates typically include accommodation and the standard experiences offered on the reserve.

Payments

Payment terms, including deposit requirements, final payment timelines, and accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the release of the reservation.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and amendment conditions depend on:

• The booking method (direct booking or third-party platform)
• The applicable seasonal period
• The timing of the cancellation relative to the arrival date

Guests will receive the specific cancellation terms applicable to their reservation at the time of booking. Where bookings are made through third-party platforms, the cancellation policies of that platform may apply.

Refunds

Any refunds due will be processed in accordance with the confirmed cancellation terms, applicable payment provider or platform rules, and reasonable administrative processing time. Banking or transaction fees charged by third parties may be deducted where applicable.

Check-in and check-out

Standard arrival and departure times will be communicated prior to arrival. Early check-in or late departure may be possible by prior arrangement, subject to availability.

Travel insurance

Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations or delays, medical emergencies, loss or damage to personal belongings, and unforeseen travel disruptions. Reflections Eco-Reserve cannot be held responsible for costs incurred due to circumstances beyond its control.

Circumstances beyond our control

Reflections Eco-Reserve shall not be liable for failure to fulfil obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather or natural events, power, transport or service disruptions, and government actions or restrictions. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate alternative arrangements where possible.

Acceptance

By confirming a reservation or staying at Reflections Eco-Reserve, guests acknowledge that they have read and accepted the applicable booking, payment and cancellation conditions provided at the time of booking.
